Jeffery Lamar “Cootsie” Weir, age 56, died January 12, 2018. He was the son of the late Thomas P. and Etta V. Davis Weir. He is also survived by one sister, Debra W. Hancock of Chester and one brother, Keith Weir of Maryville, Tennessee. In addition to his parents, he was preceeded in death by one sister, Linda Wade and one brother, Thomas Erskine Weir.
