Nola was the beloved fur baby of Michael and Beverly McAbee. She always greeted everyone with love and curiosity. She loved attention and getting belly scratches. She loved opening her presents at Christmas and running through the shreds of paper. Her favorite treat was ice cream. Butterflies were a distraction for her because no matter what she was doing, if one was in sight, she was chasing it. She loved sitting by the fire in the summer, and playing in the snow in the winter when she got the chance. She loved going for car rides, and always had to ride in the passenger seat, meaning whoever else was riding in the back. She leaves behind her furry friends, Pepper and Kitty, who will miss her very much as well as the rest of the family. She will never know how much joy she brought into our lives, mine especially. From her loud snoring, barking at Michaels feet when he had on black socks, waiting patiently for you to offer her a bite of your food, or rolling around in the dirt after she has had a bath, we will miss it all. She was the best companion a family could ever ask for and was loved beyond all measurers.
