Alissa Mae Vickers, age 25, completed her life's journey on December 30, 2016 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

She was born on December 29, 1991 to Kristin Miller Vickers of Dayton, Nevada and Terrence D. Vickers of Reno, Nevada. She is also survived by her fiancé, Jonathon Johnson of Spartanburg; two brothers, Jason Vickers of Incline Village, Nevada and Jesse Vickers of Carson City Nevada; one sister, Ashley Vickers of Reno, Nevada; maternal grandparents Gary and Kathy Miller of Breckenridge, Michigan and Cheryl and Ken Anderson of Dayton, Nevada.

Alissa was happy being know as a "dog mom" and enjoyed spending time playing in rivers and streams and other outdoor activates with her fiancé, family, numerous friends and her dogs.

She had a generous spirit toward all and it made us better for having known her. In keeping with Alissa's wishes cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Check back here for the time and date.
