Anne S. Miller, 55, died after a recent illness on Friday July 20, 2018 in Carolinas Medical Center-Main. She was born in Charlotte, NC to the late Ralph A. and Margaret Winstead Spainhour. Anne was a homemaker and the wife of Martin Miller. She is also survived by four sons, Michael, Jake, Jonathan and Spencer Whitlow; three brothers, David, James and Alex Spainhour; one sister, Libby S. Reid.

Anne was a fun loving and outgoing person, making friends wherever she went. She enjoyed dining out with her husband and friends. A memorial gathering of her friends and family will be held 2:00p.m. August 3 ^rd at the Front Porch in Richburg, SC
