Betty Allen Ouzts, 85, of Chester passed away Thursday at MUSC-Lancaster. She was born in Chester and the daughter of the late Luther D. & Lillie Benson Allen, Sr. She is survived by one son, Bill Simon; and one daughter, Helen Dallas, both of Chester; one brother, Luther Allen (Junior) of Chester; two grandchildren, Renee Bagwell Britt and Curtis Dallas; three great-grandchildren, Brianna Britt, Wyatt Britt and Brayden Dallas.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Betty Pauline Bagwell; one sister, Mary Bell Darby; one brother, William H. Allen.

Betty was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and retired from Chester County Nursing Home.

At her request, there are no formal services planned. Pollard Funeral Home is serving the family.
