Carrie Elizabeth James, 45, passed away April 5, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Charles R. and Edith Sandra Thompson James. She is survived by two daughters, Shuana D. Williford (Kenneth) of Great Falls and Grayce Hall of Chester; one brother, Russell Brown of Rock Hill; one sister, Katrina Dowden (Chuck) of Lancaster; two grandchildren, Mason D. Allen and Mackenzie R. Allen; one niece, Tiffany M. Haynes; two nephews, Logan D. Dowden, Cameron E. Dowden; and a number of great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister & brother-in-law, Stephanie Barnum Haynes & Joel Haynes, sister, Teresa Barnham Jones.

A private memorial service will be hosted by the family.
