Carroll Oliver, 78, husband of Sandra McKay Oliver passed away Thursday at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill. He is also survived by two daughters, "Jo" Doris Joanna Oliver of Kings Mountain, NC and Jan Leanna Oliver of Chester; one brother, Homer L.Oliver (Carolyn) of Chester; one sister, Doris Oliver of Chester; six grandchildren, Rhyna, Skyler and Chase Simmers, Carmela Mejia, McKayden O. Garcia and Kason Hayes: four great-grandchildren.

Mr. Oliver was a member of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church and he loved riding his Harley. He was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad.

Patricia Johnson-Bates will give the eulogy at Mr. Oliver's memorial service, 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 29th in the chapel of Pollard Funeral Home.
