Cellisteen "Chris" Girofalo, age 90, of Chester passed away April 30, 2017 from injuries received in a automobile collision. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Savilla Thevenin Hatcher and widow of Richard G. Girofalo. Mrs. Girofalo was a retired corrections officer having worked in Chester County, SC and Hudson County, NY. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Robert and Arthur Satzger of Florida; one daughter, Ramona Satzger of Pennsylvania; one step daughter, Debi Girofalo of Florida; one foster daughter, Victoria DeMarco of New Jersey; two brothers, Richard and David Demick of Florida; and a number of grand and great-grand-children.

Mrs. Girofalo will be buried in Craig Douglas Cemetery in West Virginia.
