Chester
Charles Edward Tawney, 92, of Chester passed away Thursday. He was born in Westminster, Maryland. He was the widower of Virginia Keeney Tawney and the son of the late John C. and Bessie Yingling Tawney. He was the last surviving member of the family.
Mr. Tawney was a retired farmer.
