Curtis A. Metts, 62, of Chester, SC passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida and the son of Madeline Burns Metts of Hendersonville, NC and the late Carey M. Metts. He was the father of Haylee Metts of Lancaster, SC and Elijah Metts of Rock Hill, SC. He is also survived by his siblings, Bob Metts, Bryan Metts, Carey Metts, Leonard Metts and Loretta Parshall.

Mr. Metts was a retired truck driver, U.S. Army veteran and a huge NASCAR fan. He also enjoyed listening to old music, being outdoors, gardening and working in his yard.
