Darrell Wayne Britt, Sr., age 72, of Chester passed away Saturday August 23, 2014. He was the husband of Jeanette Tinsley Britt and he was also survived by one son, Darrell W. Britt Jr. (Renee Bagwell); two daughters, April Britt-Kelly (Brian) and Darla Britt , both of Greenville; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister Judy Rogers. He was born in High Point, NC to the late Stanley M. and Gracie Mae West Britt.

Mr. Britt enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, fishing and golfing.

It was Mr. Britt's desire that all arrangements be private. The family is receiving friends at the home, 609 Debruhl Road.
