David R. Campbell, age 36, completed his life's journey on December 23, 2022. David was the husband of Mandy Lancaster Campbell, of the home and the son of Vickie Hathcock Campbell of Blackstock and the late Ralph Campbell. He is also survived by his two children whom he adored, Raelyn and Ryker Campbell of the home, brothers, Chris, Robinson (Rachel) of Blackstock, Corey James (Holly) of Chester; sisters, Tabitha James, Brandi Paul (Deanie, Jr.) both of Chester, Alisha Cummings (Kyle) of Rock Hill.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Doris and Billy Ray Hathcock and Bessie and Vernon Campbell.

David was a firefighter/paramedic with the Rock Hill Fire Department, a firefighter with Lockhart Fire Department and worked part-time with Union and Chester County EMS. He had a deep passion for being there to help others in an emergency. He loved hunting and fishing and most of all time with his family.

The celebration of David's life will be conducted by Reverend Sam Baine, 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Freedom Ministries, 729 Village Drive in Chester, SC 29706. Visitation will begin at the conclusion of the service in the sanctuary.
