Diana L. Atkinson, 73, passed away Thursday June 20th. She was the recent widow of George Atkinson, III and the daughter of the Minnie Carter Love Lee of Chester and the late Ambrose Love. She is survived by one son, Roger Allen (Gina) of Chester; one daughter, Rhonda A. Stewart (Brian) of Richburg; two step-daughters, Crystal Williford (Brandon) of Chester, Ginger Darby of Chester; one step-son, George W. Atkinson, IV of Pender Nebraska; one sister, Linda L. Graham of Chester; seven grandchildren, Lex Allen, Jordan Stewart, Brianna Stewart, Bryson Williford, Sallie Darby, Emma Darby and Simp Darby. She was preceded in death by one son, Dewayne Allen.

Visitation will be noon – 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Pollard Funeral Home, the celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Reverend Gene Gaston will officiate.
