Diane Lindsey, 75, passed away Wednesday. She was the widow of Herman Lindsey. Mrs. Lindsey, formerly of Waynesville, Georgia was the daughter of the late J.C. Cross and Vera Kate Wisham Ross. She is survived by three sons, Quinton Claude Lindsey (Sheila) of Waynesville, Georgia, Joel M. Lindsey (Leslie) of Chester and Nathan Todd Lindsey (Brandi) of Chester. She is also survived by two brothers, Eddy Ross (Tina) and Robert Ross (Audrey) of Waynesville, Georgia; two sisters, Mary Jane Brumbley (Terry) of Leesburg, Georgia and Frances Moye of Brunswick, Georgia; nine grandchildren, Nikki Nesmith, Brianna Johnson, Michael Lindsey, Scott Lindsey, Matthew Lindsey, Jasmin Lindsey, Lainey Lindsey, Devlin Lindsey and Kane Lindsey; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Stephen Lindsey.

Mrs. Lindsey was of the Christian faith. She loved a good yard sale, going fishing, gardening, cooking for her family and her time being with them.

It was Mrs. Lindsey's wish that there will be no services.
