Doris Knox Kee, age 72, died April 15, 2016 in a local nursing facility. She was the widow of Jimmy D. Kee and the daughter of the late Willie and Josie Love Knox.

Mrs. Kee was a member of Parkway Baptist Church and The Pilot Club.

She is survived by one son, Jeff Kee and his wife, Lorie of Chester; two grandchildren, Bud Messer (Kurstin) and Brittany Teter (Wes) of Chester; and two great- grandchildren, Landon Brooks Holifick and Khristopher Messer. Mrs. Kee was predeceased by two brothers, Bill and Melvin Knox.

In honor of Mrs. Kee's wishes, no service of remembrance will be held.
