Eddie Pressley, 73, passed away Saturday, April 8th. Eddie was the husband of Patricia L. Pressley. He is survived by two sons, Willie and Billy Pressley both of Chester; three daughters, Teresa Bennett of Lancaster, Teresa Blake and Tracy Taylor, both of Savannah, Georgia; four brothers, Rev. Melvin and Ralph Pressley both of Chester, Donnie and Roger Pressley both of Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Willie and Dora Barrett Pressley; sisters, Lorraine Little, Barbara Jean Pressley, Lou Ella Pressley, daughter, Brenda Pressley; brothers, Frank, B.L. and Willie Pressley.

Eddie was retired from Marathon Abrasives and he was a Christian. The Celebration of Life for Eddie will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12th in the chapel of Pollard Funeral Home. Reverend Melvin Pressley will speak.
