Obituary
Edward Garland, age 82, of Chester passed away June 9, 2016. He was the son of the late George and Willie Morrow Garland.
He is survived by two daughters, Kay Garland and Cathy Garland, both of Chester; three grandchildren, Chris Cope (Angel), Lonnie Harris, Jr., Heather Pride, and six great-grandchildren.
Mr. Garland was preceded in death by four brothers, Ernest, Habern, Scott and Marvin Garland.
A gathering of friends and family will be held 6-8pm Wednesday at 518 Leslie Street in Chester.
Pollard Funeral Home is serving the family.
