Ella Murry, age 82, of Chester passed away Jan. 28, 2020. She was the widow of Steve Murry and the daughter of the late Thomas and Gladys Lindler DeVaney. She is survived by her children, Kevin Murrell of Columbia, Danny Murrell and wife Donna of Chester, Tommy Murrell and wife Lois Ann of Chester, Theresa Lynn of Rock Hill; sister, Dorothy Roof of Chester; 14 grand-children and 3 great-grand-children.

Mrs. Murry was a Baptist and a retired seamstress. She enjoyed tatting, knitting and crocheting.

The graveside funeral will be 1:00 o'clock Friday afternoon in Chester Memorial Gardens. Pastor Kevin Taylor will speak. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials made in her memory to: Hospice Care of SC, 1639 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732
