Frank H. Neil, Jr. 77, of Chester, left this earth to be with God on August 5, 2018. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Frank and Lillian H. Neill, Sr. He accumulated an expansive group of friends during his lifetime as an associate pastor in Pennsylvania. Mr. Neil is survived by his children, Kyla, Shaun, Joseph and Andre; siblings, Wilma Veda, and Alfonso.
