Franklin Gentry Burrell, 82, of Chester passed away Monday, October 28, 2024. He was the widower of Debra Burrell and the son of the late Fred James and Auggie Campbell Burrell. Mr. Burrell is survived by one son, Franklin Gentry Burrell, Jr. (Lisa) of Chester; one daughter, Annette LaWayne Tackitt (Glenn Warrick) of San Antonio, Texas; seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one brother, Percy Burrell (Helen) of Boiling Springs, SC; two sisters, Aileen Brown (Harold) of Chester, SC, Jannell Reiter (George) of Taylors, SC; numerous nieces and nephews; one fur baby Weezy.  He was preceded in death by his four brothers, Angus, H.B., Carlos and Fred Burrell; six sisters, Mamie Canupp, Miriam Crisco, Mae Byars, Bobbie Barnes, Ruth Foster and Sara Loving.
