Gerald Ray Polk, 57, passed away Sunday October 29, 2023. He was born in Scotland County, NC to the late George Edwin Polk and Gladys Taylor Polk Brock. Gerald is survived by two children, Chad Polk of Red Springs, NC and Gina Webster of Laurinburg, NC; two brothers, Shane Polk of Chester, SC and Curtis Polk of Myrtle Beach, SC; and four grandchildren. He was a member of East Laurinburg Church of God.

The family is at the home of his brother, Shane, 1007 Langley Drive in Chester. The burial will be held privately in Laurinburg, NC.
