Gene Roberts, age 69, of 125 Park Avenue in Richburg passed away at Lancaster MUSC.

He was the son of the late Henry and Mary Nunnelly Roberts. He is survived by his brother-in-law, Bill Canupp of Richburg, his uncle, Danny Nunnelly of Alabama and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his companion, Barbara A. Greene, his siblings, brothers and sisters, Mary Jo Canupp, Larry Roberts, Anita Dixon and Buddy Roberts.

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 18th, 1-2p.m. at Pollard Funeral Home. Services will follow immediately in the Chapel. Mr. Roberts will be buried in Union Cemetery in Richburg.
