Jack Edward "Jackaroo" Finsel, Jr. of Chester, died August 18, 2014 at Chester Regional Medical Center. He was born in Camden, New Jersey to Alice Owen Finsel, now of Millville, New Jersey and the late Jack E. Finsel, Sr.

Jack came to Chester after retiring in NJ from the commercial fishing industry. Several years ago he made many friends here while working at Jordan's Fishing Supply. In Chester he leaves behind good friends Pamela Thompson and Scott Gibson and his black Lab, Tina.

All services will be private.
