James Frank Fincher, III, age 68 passed away in a local Hospice House. He was the widower of Elizabeth Blackwell Fincher and the son of the late James and Niecey Fincher, II. He is survived by one daughter, Stacy Michelle Fincher of York and three grandchildren.

Mr. Fincher was a retired pipe fitter from Celanese in Rock Hill, he enjoyed NBA Basketball and being a USC Gamecock fan.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
