James "Jimmy" Franklin Ferrell, Jr., 63, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024. He was the son of James F. and Mavis Bennett Ferrell, Sr. of Lowrys.  He is also survived by nieces, Amy Crouch Lawson (Shannon); Tara Crouch; Miranda Abbott (Frankie); Rheannon Crouch; Rhealynn Abbott; nephews, Gavin Bradley and Ronin Abbott. James was predeceased by one sister, Kari Lynn Crouch.

James was a member of a House Church and enjoyed studying his Bible and he was a carpenter and home builder by trade. Mr. Ferrell was a U.S. Navy veteran.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024. Visitation will be 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Pollard Funeral Home.  The graveside will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Zion Cemetery in Lowrys.
