Jenny Childers, 74 of Chester passed away August 10, 2024. She was born in Union, SC to the late William E. and Catherine West Dallas McFalls. She is survived by one daughter and her husband, Nicole & Douglas Umberger of Utah; one son, Morgan Rusty MacIntosh of Mesa, Az.; four grandchildren, Brent Johnson (Samantha Senig) of SC, Tommy Hendrick of SC, Joshua Seeber of Tennessee, Joey Ownby of Tennessee; three brothers, Woodrow Dallas of Texas, Kip A. Dallas of Texas, William Dallas of Texas; one sister, Donna Dallas Holmes of SC; She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mae West and Brenda Ann Sweatt.

Jenny was a member of The Community Church in Chester and was a long time and well-known retired waitress from Gene's Restaurant in Chester where she had made many friends over the years.

Friends will host a memorial service for Jenny at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, August 15th at The Community Church, 182 Saluda Street in Chester.
