Jerry T. Williamson, Sr. 73, passed away Tuesday. He was born in Barnsville, Georgia to the late Horace and Annie Mae McDaniel Williamson. He is survived by one son, Jerry Williamson, II; three daughters, Jennifer Conner (Clay), Amber Connor (Brandon) and Tara Moore all of Chester; four siblings Tony Williamson (Kathy), Lamar Williamson (Bonnie), Michael Williamson and Emma W. Mullis, all of Georgia. He was preceded in death by one brother, James "Buddy" Williamson.

Jerry was retired from Continental Tire in Charlotte. He was retired from the U.S. Army after serving 22 years which included 3 years' service (2 tours) in Vietnam. He was a member of the Rock Hill VFW Post.
