Chester

Jimmy E. Widener, 63, of Chester passed away Saturday morning. He is survived by his mother, Janice Elizabeth Tallent Widener of Chester ; his companion, Kathy Cash of the home; one son, Kristopher Widener (Joy) of Chester; one daughter, Krystal Widener of Blackstock; three brothers, Steve, Benny, and Tim (Kay) all of Chester; one sister, Robin Dean (Dan) of Rock Hill; four grandchildren, Kamron & Kristina Widener, Andrew & Jacob Hall. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas E. Widener; one brother, Robert "Bobby" Widener.

Mr. Widener was a welder and pipefitter. He enjoyed fishing in local ponds and being with his family.
