Joe Harris Ferguson, Sr., age 81, passed away November 20,2015 at Piedmont Medical Center. He was the son of the late Ernest and Cora Lee Hedgepath Ferguson Vinson. After his father passed away in 1936, his mother remarried and he was reared by her and his late step-father, Mr. Perry Vinson. He was U.S. Air Force veteran (Korean War).

He is Survived by his son, Joe H. Ferguson, Jr. of Richburg; grandchildren, Jerred and Brooke Ferguson; three great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Etta Kee, half sister, Connie Vinson; a number of nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by; a nephew, Mike Kee; and his grandparents, Harris & Hattie Hedgepath.

Mr. Ferguson will be buried in Lando Cemetery.
