Joel Dean Todd, age 51, died unexpectedly on June 9, 2017 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He was the son of Genelle Bentley Todd of Greenville, SC and Jesse Eli Todd (Wanda) of  Kettle Island, Kentucky and the husband of Chrystal Todd of the home. He is also survived by one son Braylyn Cuthbertson of the home and one daughter, Breanna Cuthbertson of the home; two brothers, Kenneth Todd (Sarah) and Jesse Todd (Mary Ann) all of Chester; one sister, Norma Beck (Wayne) of Greenville.

Joel was a member of Great Falls Nazarene Church and he loved deer hunting and the beach.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 13, noon to 1: oo p.m. at Chester First Church of the Nazarene. The funeral, by Reverend Henry Adams, will follow at 1:00 p.m. The burial will be in Chester Memorial Gardens.

The family is gathering at 2391 Old Catholic Church Road in Blackstock.
