Kenneth W. Allen, age 66, passed away December 20, 2017 at Piedmont Medical Center. Mr. Allen was the husband of Sharon Hinson Allen to whom he had been married 44 years. He was the son of the late Harvey L. and Ruby Moss Allen, Sr. He was a Vietnam War US Army veteran. He was a retired industrial mechanic and he attended Chester First Church of the Nazarene.

He is also survived by his son Michael W. Allen of the home; two brothers, Harvey L. Allen, Jr (Marilyn) of Spokane Washington, and Bobby D. Allen (Peggy) of Winnsboro; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by son, Kenneth Lee Allen and one brother Donald Eugene Allen.

The funeral for Mr. Allen will be 3p.m. Friday at Pollard Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 prior to the funeral. The burial will be in Chester Memorial Gardens.
