Kenneth Rudolph Surratt, Jr., 62, of Chester passed away Saturday in Atrium Health-Charlotte. Mr. Surratt was born in Chester to the late Kenneth R. and Lillian Hunter Surratt, Sr. He is survived by one son, Kenneth C. Surratt (Amanda) of Winnsboro; two daughters, Heather Kelly (Jamar) of Chester, Dixie Surratt (Sean) of Elgin; one brother, Bruce Miles of Blackstock; twelve grandchildren, Trent, Callie, Devin, Colson, Tate, Brooklyn, Lucas, Kayleigh, Madelyn, Gage, Braxten and Jaxon; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Rose Surratt Truesdale.

Mr. Surratt was a Christian. He was retired from sales and management in a retail garden center.

The graveside funeral will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday in Fairfield Memorial Cemetery in Winnsboro.
