Larry R. Floyd, 70, passed away Wednesday at MUSC-Lancaster. He was born in Rockingham, North Carolina to the late Ernest R. and Agnes Cook Floyd. He is survived by two daughters, Heather Shields (Shawn) and April Deaver (Joshua Jackson) both of Columbia, SC.

Mr. Floyd was of the Christian faith, and a retired machinist, and a US Navy veteran that served in the Vietnam War.

The burial will be private in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, SC.
