Leroy McCarty, 83, passed away August 16, 2018. He was retired from Spring's Industries. He was the husband of Barbara Aycoth McCarty of the home. He is also survived by his children, Kenneth Robertson (Rhonda) and Shane McCarty, of Chester; Robbie Lynn Robertson (Robert) of Charlotte and Belinda Spence (Buddy) of Rock Hill; sister, Betty Jane Motes of Huntersville, NC; nine grand-children and twelve great-grand-children. He was preceded in death by two sons, David and Jerry McCarty.

Mr. McCarty enjoyed deer hunting and fishing.

The services will be private.
