Lucinda Fowler, 64, wife of Harvey Fowler passed away July 31, 2023 at her home in Blackstock. She was born in Logan, West Virginia and the daughter of the late Mary Booth. She is also survived by 2 step-children, Sandy Fowler McMahan & Kayla Fowler Howington both of Anderson, SC, Harvey Fowler, Jr. of Great Falls, SC,; and her dog, Boo.
