Lytha Virginia "Ginny" DeVatt, age 58, passed away May 5, 2020.She was born in Orangeburg, SC to the late Marshall Thomas Estes and Dorothy Wright Estes. She is the recent widow of Alvah W. Devatt (April 12, 2020). Mrs. DeVatt is survived by one son, George Copeland (Pam) of Chester; one daughter, Kisha Loftis of Chester; one brother, Roscoe Wheeler (Kat) of Chester; one sister, Nancy Brown of Chester; grand-children, Autumn Grant, Alyssa Grant, Chloe Loftis, Tyler Copeland (Kyliegh), Clayton Copeland, Christian Copeland, and one great-grand-child, Journey Rose Copeland. She was preceded in death by one sister, Dawn Taylor.

Mrs. DeVatt was retired from Walmart in Chester and a member of Community Church. A memorial service will be held in the near future at the Community Church.
