Michael J. Hutto, age 45, of 125 College Street completed his life's journey on September 25, 2016 after an extended battle with cancer at the Warriors Walk of the WJB Dorn Veterans Hospital in Columbia, SC. He was the son of the Minnie Faye Hutto of Chester and the late J.W. Hutto. He is survived by Cheryl Hutto of Fletcher, NC; Crystal Hutto of Spartanburg, John Hinson of Fletcher, NC; one son, Bo Snyder of New Jersey. He was preceded in death by Jacob Daniel Hinson.

Mike graduated from Chester High School and served in the U.S. Navy. After his discharge from the Navy he was self employed in the home remodeling and construction business.

Mike's graveside funeral service with military honors will be conducted by Reverend Brian Howard at 2.pm. Thursday at Chester Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to honor Michael to the Chester First Church of the Nazarene, 182 Pinckney St, Chester, SC 29706.

The family is gathering at 125 College Street. Pollard Funeral Home is serving the family.
