Nancy Parker, 69, passed away unexpectedly on May 3, 2025. She was the wife of Jimmy R. Parker, Sr. and the daughter of the late Joe Alford and Cora Robbins Alford Carroll. She is also survived by; her son and his wife, Jimmy Parker, Jr. and Tracey of Chester; her daughter, Amanda L. Parker of the home; one sister, Karen Holden and her husband Mike of Blackstock; grandchildren Alyssa C. Parker, Dustin Deal and Austin Cope. She was preceded in death by infant son, Joey Parker.

Mrs. Parker was a Christian and she loved spending time with her family. She also loved flowers and had a green thumb for rooting new plants and shrubs.

Visitation will be 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Pollard Funeral Home. Pastor Jon Parrish will conduct a life celebration service for Mrs. Parker in the chapel beginning at 1:00 p.m.

The family is gathering at the home of Jimmy and Tracey Parker, 1421 Broken Circle in Chester.
