Patrick M. Moran, the son of William and Sandra Moran and the late Elizabeth Wolfer Moran, died March 6, 2018 at home.

He was born in the US Army Hospital in Wurzberg, Germany.  He lived his early childhood years in North Carolina, and then moved to Albany, GA, where he graduated from Westover High School.

Pat attended Georgia Tech and then graduated from Georgia State University.  He was employed by the Georgia Dept. of Health as a senior data administrator.

Pat is survived by his deeply beloved wife, Laura Nash Moran, and his parents, William and Sandra Moran; his in-laws, Jim and Rachel Nash; two brothers, John (Rose) and Tom Lacy (Sally), one sister, Emily Lacy; one brother in-law, Jason Nash (Nikki).

His assorted nieces and nephews will remember his willingness to play sea monster in the surf and to allow them to paint his toenails.

Patrick was deeply loved and will be deeply missed.

The service takes place on March 12, 2018 at Woodstock Funeral Home, 8855 Main St., Woodstock, GA. 30188. The visitation is from 3-5 p.m. with the funeral service following in the chapel at 5 p.m.
