Patsy C. Burch, 81, passed away Tuesday morning at MUSC-Chester. She was the widow of Steve Hadden Burch and the daughter of the late Effie Pressley Clark Baker and Clyde Baker.

Patsy was retired from the Chester County Magistrate Office where she served as the Clerk of Court, she previously worked for Hamilton & Hamilton Law Firm and Chester County Voters Registration.

She is survived by Jesse, her African Gray. and Daisy, her Yorkie.

The funeral service for Patsy will be 11:00 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Pollard Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chester Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jay Dorsey will officiate.
