Rebecca Reid, age 82, of 1676 Boyd Road died March 31, 2016.

She was the widow of William Reid and the daughter of the late William Calvin and Mae Woodward Ballanger. She was retired from the Eureka Mill and she was a Baptist.

She is survived by one son, William Reid of Blackstock and one daughter, Dell Hunter and her husband Jimmy of Blackstock; four grandchildren, Sean Reid, April Lowery, Chris Hunter and Joey Hunter and nine great-grand-children.

The funeral will be, Noon Saturday April 2, 2016 at Pollard Funeral Home. The burial will be in Lando Cemetery.

The pallbearers are Sean Reid, Benny Pardue, Tommy Pardue, Scott Shook and Timmy Ferrell, Wayne Reid and Benny Widner.
