Richard Henry Wagner, 87, passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon. He was the recent widower of Shirley Smith Wagner (Feb. 5, 2025). He was born in Akron, Colorado to the late Henry and Zelma Yackle Wagner. He is survived by three sons, Dennis Wagner (Kathy) of Charlotte, NC, Cris Wagner (Donna) of Logan, Utah, Steve Wagner (Kristine Merrell) of Wheatridge, Colorado; one daughter, Lanette Preston of Chester; one sister, Winona Gebauer of Laken, Kansas, seven grandchildren, Adan Wagner (Ember), Sean Preston, Josh Wagner, Miles Preston, Hannah Morris (Jesse), Evan Preston and Elizabeth Wagner; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, De Wagner, Duane Wagner, Loren Wagner.

Mr. Wagner was retired from the HVAC profession, and he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
