Stephen "Steve" Hadden Burch, husband of Patsy Clark Burch passed away December 9, 2019. Steve was the son of the late Jesse and Fay Stephenson Burch. Steve had a wonderful career in Chester law enforcement for more than 40 years. He was a retired Chester City Police Captain (Detective) and was currently a bailiff for The Chester County Sherriff's Office. Steve had a reputation for honesty and always treating others with respect. He was a long time member of the early morning breakfast group at Gene's Restaurant and a well known jokester. In the recent past Steve was a marshal at Chester Golf Club, worked at Pollard Funeral Home, enjoyed going to car shows and driving Ms. Daisey (Patsy).

The visitation and funeral will be held Sunday December 15th at Parkway Baptist Church. The visitation will be 1:00 until 2:00 o'clock and the funeral will follow at 2:00 o'clock. The burial will be in Chester Memorial Gardens.
