Vera McManus Loving, age 95, passed away July 24, 2016 at Hospice and Home Care in Rock Hill. She was the widow of Calvin Loving. Mrs. Loving was born in Lancaster to the late Vernon and Cora Talbert McManus. She was retired from the Katherine Plant of Springs Industries and she was a member of West Side Baptist Church.

Mrs. Loving is survived by her son Gene Loving (Kay) of Chester; grandchildren Kelly Loving Hawkins (Chad), Marty Loving, Will Wrenn (Meg), Angela Woods (Doug); 10 great-grand-children; sister-in-laws, Louise Pate and Sara Loving, Betty McManus; special family friend, Diane Boulware, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul, Melvin, and Edward McManus.

The graveside service for Mrs. Loving will be held 11:00a.m., Thursday, July 28, at Chester Memorial Gardens.
