Vickie Miller, 74, passed away Feb, 2, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Roy Coleman Houston and Emily Jane West Houston. She is survived by one son, Steve D. Miller and wife Jennifer of Rock Hill; one daughter, Emily Diggs and husband Bill of Chester; her companion David May of Pineville, NC; four grandchildren, Tyler Diggs and wife Kylie, Jordan Diggs, Sophie Miller and Carter Miller; one great grandchild, Ainsley Diggs. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Coleman & Timothy Houston and one grandson, Brandon Diggs.

Ms. Miller was a Christian and she loved visiting with her family, playing card games and crafting.

The family will host a memorial service, officiated by Mr. Bill Diggs, 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Woodward Baptist Church, 1570 Ashford Road, Chester, SC 29706.
