Wayne Thomas Gessford, 65, passed away at home with his family at his side.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Dolores Gessford Wines. He is survived by two brother's and one sister; Richard Wines (Mary Jo), Angela Dillinger (Ben), Chester Wines Jr. (Tammy) and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. The family would like to also acknowledge special friends of Wayne's, Brandi Paul, Deannie Paul and David Austin.

The memorial service celebrating Wayne's life will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 6, at Saluda Street Church of God, 544 Saluda Street, Chester, SC 29706. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:30 p.m.

After the service friends are welcome to visit the home of Richard and Mary Jo, 929 Rippling Brooke Drive.
