Chester

William Scott Baker, 70, of Chester passed away at his York Street home on Saturday. He was the son of the late William Hester Woods Baker, Jr. and Jessie Thomas Scott Baker. He taught school in the Chester County Schools and loved rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and other outdoor activities. He is survived by his son Forest Scott Baker and his wife Margaret, of Chester; fiancée, Wanda Montgomery of Chester. He was preceded in death by one sister, Angie Baker. Mr. Baker was a member of Chester ARP Church. The services will be private.
