William P. "Bill" Simon, 64 passed away Wednesday, June 19th. He was the brother of Helen Dallas of Chester and the son of the late Paul F. and Betty Allen Ouzts. He was predeceased by his sister, Betty Pauline Bagwell and he was retired from the building construction and demolition trade. A memorial service will be announced later.
