Wilma Corder Thomas, age 89, of Chester died December 4, 2015 in Chester Nursing Center. She was the daughter of the late Charles Davis and Elizabeth Wages Corder. She was the widow of Mr. Charles W. Thomas and she was retired from the Eureka and Maneto Plants.

Mrs. Thomas was a member of Lando Baptist Church.

She is survived by two special nieces and care-givers, Cynthia Fleming and Bobbie Beaty both of Chester.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Wylie Corder; three sisters, Lucille Jones, Elmira Wolfe and Sara Varnadore.

The visitation and graveside funeral will be held Monday, December 7th. The visitation will be held at 12:30 until 1:30p.m. at Pollard Funeral Home, and the graveside will be held at 2pm. at Chester Memorial Gardens and conducted by Reverend Jim McClure.
