Anita Scruggs, 82, passed away Wednesday. She was born in Parma, Ohio to the late Daniel and Eleanor Reis Ziegler and the mother of Earl Scruggs (Sherry) of Chester. She was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Ziegler and she was retired from Montgomery-Ward. Services will be private.
